Cosmic Sound brings a deeply immersive sound bath to one of the most atmospheric settings in Synergy City, nestled within Steel Grass by Aérosculpture in Park Frankendael. Planetary tuned gongs, bronze and crystal singing bowls, voice, flutes, and other instruments create a rich, layered field of vibrations that resonate through body and mind.
The session opens with the gentle tones of singing bowls before the gongs are slowly welcomed in, building into a deep field of sound and harmonics. Other instruments weave in and out throughout, while the gongs remain the energetic heart of the journey. Towards the close, the sounds gradually soften and give way to a moment of deep, encompassing silence, a space for rest and presence.
Cosmic Sound is a holistic practice based in The Hague, offering sound therapies and group sound baths at unique venues across the Netherlands and beyond.
What to bring: Bring your own mat, blanket, and cushion so you can lie down in comfort throughout the session. This is an outdoor evening event so dress in layers and bring something warm as the park cools down after sunset. Wear something you can fully relax in.
